About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our European HR Operations Team and contribute to the development of a world-class HR organization. As an HR Generalist, you'll be responsible for partnering with business leaders to drive key HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
  • Partner with business leaders to drive talent acquisition and employee engagement initiatives
  • Design and implement compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent
  • Provide HR support to employees, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Collaborate with HR Corporate Compensation Team to develop and implement total reward programs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of work experience or Master's degree in field with 2 years experience
  • 3 years of prior experience in a Human Resource Business Partner/Generalist role, preferably in a international or US multinational organization
  • Experience independently managing Employee relations matters
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and German and Dutch a plus
  • Understanding and application of Dutch employment law
