Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Demi Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team, starting early 2025. This role offers a chance to grow and develop in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining high standards of culinary excellence.

• Maintain efficient mise en place operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Prepare high-quality dishes using fresh ingredients, adhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards.
• Finalize dishes through precise portioning, plating, à la minute cooking tasks, garnishing, and presentation checks.
• Ensure the kitchen area remains organized and clean, meeting guest expectations.
• Foster efficient food preparation practices while adhering to all relevant guidelines.

• A minimum of some experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen setting.
• A genuine passion for culinary arts and growth within the industry.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
