We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Talent Development Specialist to join our team at NCC Group. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our cybersecurity professionals.

Job DescriptionThis role involves designing and implementing development initiatives to ensure a skilled and engaged workforce. You will work closely with HR and other stakeholders to create individual development plans for colleagues based on their career aspirations and strengths. Your primary focus will be on enhancing colleague/managers' skills knowledge and performance through training programs and workshops.
You will partner with HR to integrate talent development initiatives into the performance management process. You will provide support and guidance to managers in setting OKRs, conducting performance management cycles, and providing feedback.
In this role, you will also utilise various tools and methods to identify high-potential colleagues across all levels of NCC Group. You will conduct assessments to evaluate skills, competencies, and potential for advancement.
Your goal will be to create a connected and rounded approach to colleague experience by working closely with other Centres of Excellence.
Requirements- Experience of designing, implementing, and facilitating progressive, evidence-based, and inclusive learning programs including Management & Leadership Development.
- Able to put the learner at the heart of content curation and creation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
- Strong understanding of talent management principles, practices, and trends.
- Experienced in using psychometric tools desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Experience Platforms, or Learning Management Systems.
We offer a competitive salary between €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as flexible working hours and flexibility in working at home or in the office. You will also receive a favorable pension scheme, 26 vacation days (+4 office closing days) and 8% vacation pay with a full-time contract.
We value your effort and offer a performance bonus and profit sharing. You will also receive a monthly homework allowance (by hybrid working), and when we work in the office, we gather every day for a delicious lunch.
