Retail Omni-Channel Development Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain clear communication between Retail and E-Commerce teams, coordinating digital elements of store openings and training store staff on Order in Store technology.
  • Conduct store visits to ensure a seamless Omni-Channel experience, gaining confidence and knowledge of the Omni-Channel proposition.
  • Assist with wider projects, coordinating with stakeholders across the business.
  • Support weekly reporting across the business.
  • Continuously assess current output across the Omni-Channel portfolio, identifying areas for improvement and growth.

Requirements:

  • Passion for E-Commerce and Retail, with a love for Fashion.
  • Currently in the 3rd or 4th year of HBO level/Bachelors studies.
  • Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, with strong time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Availability for a minimum of 4 days a week.
  • Advantage: Dutch and/or German speaking.
  • Advantage: experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and JIRA.

Eligibility:

For this internship, you must be available for 5 months from September. Please note that your application will only be considered if you are enrolled at your school or university for the full duration of your internship. Additionally, you must be an EU citizen, or a non-EU student studying in the Netherlands and having this internship as a mandatory part of your curriculum to comply with Dutch law.
