We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Avomind. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in strengthening relationships with our top clients and expanding our client base.
This position offers a unique opportunity for a driven professional who excels in strategic discussions at board and management level. If you have a proven track record in international sales/account management and are fluent in both English and Dutch, we encourage you to apply.
About the ClientOur client is a leading provider of Workforce Management solutions that help ambitious companies gain control over complex HR processes and regulations. With a strong reputation among European companies in retail, logistics, production, leisure, and call centers, they have consistently delivered results-driven solutions that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with existing and new clients, acting as a trusted partner and strengthening strategic cooperation.
- Work closely with Business Consultants to develop account plans and execute consulting and tendering processes.
- Maximize customer satisfaction and deepen relationships through creative solutions and excellent communication skills.
- A completed relevant education at university level, such as economics or business administration.
- Analytical, pragmatic, and persuasive, with the ability to dissect complex situations and add value with creative solutions.
- A strategic thinker who can communicate effectively at board and management level.
- About 5 years of successful international sales/account management experience, with a demonstrable track record.
- Fluency in both English and Dutch, both spoken and written.
- A dynamic job with a lot of freedom and responsibility, requiring approximately 32-40 hours of work per week.

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around €60,000 - €80,000, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure includes a comprehensive benefits package and reflects the value we place on our employees' contributions to our success.
