Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the Role:In this exciting new position, you will play a pivotal role in setting up and enhancing our international payroll operations. You will be responsible for implementing efficient processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing valuable insights to drive strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:- Setting up a robust international payroll framework, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry best practices.
- Elevating our reporting structure to finance and HR by implementing improvements that provide valuable insights and drive strategic decision-making.
- Being at the forefront of innovation by connecting and implementing payroll with Workday and other systems, fostering efficiency and accuracy in our payroll operations.
- Undertaking an executive controlling role, ensuring financial and operational alignment with organizational goals.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll processes and regulations, with a keen eye for detail.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (HRM/Finance) or equivalent experience.
- Qualified Payroll Professional (PDL and VPS).
- Ability to take on an executive controlling task, ensuring financial integrity and operational excellence.
- Experience with cross-border workers and related social security and tax implications.
- A competitive salary of €80,000 - €110,000 per year.
