About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Ambassador. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist guests with information and reservations, providing recommendations and solutions to meet their needs.
- Work collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for all guests.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing situations.
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations and procedures, with a willingness to learn and develop skills.
