The salary range for this position is approximately € 3,500.00 to € 4,000.00 gross per month.


Job Description

As a Manufacturing Lead for Electronic Production, you will oversee the assembly team responsible for building Super micro products. Your goal will be to ensure that production procedures run smoothly to maximize efficiency and profits. Key activities include organizing workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules, maintaining material control and quality control, enforcing strict safety guidelines and company standards, and overseeing and coaching employees.


Required Skills and Qualifications

You have an eye for detail, including accuracy and thoroughness. You can deal with the hectic pace of the day and are willing to work overtime or on weekends when needed. Relevant experience in electronic or computer industry is desirable. In addition, you should possess:



  • Solid understanding of computer system assembly
  • Possess basic mechanical knowledge
  • Familiarity with computer or electronic components testing and inspection
  • Experience with mechanical assembly, cable routing, and quality standards
  • Good command of the English language (spoken and in writing)

Benefits

This full-time job offers a travel allowance of € 0.21 per km and the possibility of a permanent contract.
