About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at Medtronic. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns and product launches that support the growth of our Cardiac Rhythm Management business in the Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the European Downstream Marketing team, regional marketing manager, and country sales teams to execute marketing campaigns and product launches with excellence.
  • Facilitate key opinion leader engagements to message campaigns.
  • Disseminate new materials and manage localization adaptation.
  • Implement local training on campaigns/launches for the field.
  • Organize local customer events like summits, congresses, and round-table discussions.
  • Set up key performance indicators to measure effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Support country sales teams with local marketing tactics development and execution.
  • Support market and customer insights generation, including competitive intelligence.
  • Provide input to portfolio and pricing strategies.
  • Support marketing plan and annual operating plan process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, (Bio)Medical Science/Technology with at least 5 years of working experience in marketing role/environment OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, (Bio)Medical Science/Technology or equivalent with at least 3 years working experience in a marketing role/environment.
  • Experience in an international company, in a matrix environment.
  • Experience in working with different functions and customer-facing.
  • Demonstrated successful operations management across field/customer projects.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
  • Very good verbal and written presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, CRM Systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Cardiac Rhythm Management and/or Electrophysiology.
  • Work experience in the medical devices industry.
