At Venco, we are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Procurement Intern to join our dynamic team. As a Procurement Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our Procurement department in sourcing ingredients, packaging, and indirect materials for the full Cloetta group.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in following ingredients and packaging markets by providing buyers with data
  • Analyze data for the Sourcing Managers
  • Manage contracts
  • Investigate price differences between invoices and purchase orders
  • Support the tender process for ingredients, packaging, 3rd Party, and indirect materials in collaboration with the Sourcing Managers
  • Provide support in strategic projects for the Procurement team, such as sustainability initiatives and tenders

Requirements:

  • Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
  • Passion for a career in the food industry
  • Interest in learning more about the Supply Chain
  • Proactive and structured approach to work
  • Consistent and firm in decision-making
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Relevant education in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, International Business, Food Technology, or a related field
