Overview of the Role
As a key player in our logistics operations, the Terminal Shift Manager oversees the daily activities within our terminals. Your leadership will ensure the smooth handling of incoming and outgoing parcels, contributing to our commitment to sustainable delivery solutions. The role is pivotal in maintaining an efficient workflow and a positive environment for all team members.

Your Responsibilities
In this position, you will:

  • Lead and manage a dedicated team of Terminal Workers, fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
  • Address any operational challenges promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to service.
  • Work closely with fellow Shift Managers to meet daily operational goals.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency in parcel processing.

What We Offer
We provide a competitive compensation package that includes:
  • A monthly salary of €2700 (excluding additional allowances).
  • Incentives for irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Opportunities for career advancement within the company.
  • 26 vacation days annually, with vacation pay disbursed in May.
  • A 7-month contract with potential for extension to a 12-month full-time position.
  • A monthly well-being allowance for fitness subscriptions.
