Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Breakfast Hero to join our team at Moxy Schiphol Hotel. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional breakfast experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality breakfast dishes to our guests
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
• Order and receive food and supplies from vendors, ensuring accurate inventory management
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and efficient operations
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a food service or hospitality role
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays

English is the primary language of communication in this role. Dutch is an asset but not required.
