At Ecolab, we're seeking a highly skilled Regional Site Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our multi-site customer contract operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the operations of multiple sites, ensuring compliance with contractual, operational, and maintenance requirements.
- Develop and implement effective project management programs to track site progress and ensure successful program implementation.
- Collaborate with site managers to coordinate the installation of Ecolab-supplied digital equipment and ensure proper data collection and recording.
- Manage a team of 3-10 direct reports, providing guidance and support to ensure successful site operations.
- 5+ years of experience in managing/supervising employees in an industrial plant setting.
- Experience in managing diverse site process operations and developing effective project management programs.
- University degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Experience with computer-based controls for industrial applications and equipment.
- A dynamic and challenging work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
