About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned consultant to join our Global Consulting team at ING Netherlands. As a Senior Global Consultant, you will play a key role in helping us drive business transformation and deliver strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improvement
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects and initiatives
  • Provide expert advice to senior stakeholders on business strategy and operations
  • Design and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and maintain expertise in financial services and industry trends
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • At least 10 years of experience in management consultancy, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of business strategy, operations, and financial markets
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
