Functieomschrijving

Als Accountmanager (Junior of Medior) speel je een cruciale rol in het verkoopproces, waarbij je zowel bestaande als nieuwe klanten binnen de bouw- en infrastructuursector ondersteunt. Je bent in staat om de wensen van klanten te begrijpen, hun vragen te analyseren en passende oplossingen te bieden. Het geeft je voldoening om bij verschillende bedrijven langs te gaan en met de software die je aanbiedt, kunnen jouw klanten hun projecten efficiënt beheren.

Je onderhoudt bestaande klantrelaties en werkt proactief aan het vergroten van de klanttevredenheid. Je benadert potentiële klanten, genereert nieuwe leads, stelt offertes op, adviseert klanten, onderhandelt over contracten en draagt bij aan het behalen van de omzetdoelstellingen. Geen dag is hetzelfde, dus je moet flexibel zijn en bereid om op verschillende locaties te werken. Je begint je week op kantoor, waar je samen met collega's vergadert.

Functie-eisen
  • Minimaal één jaar ervaring in een commerciële functie;
  • Afgeronde opleiding in Commerciële Economie, Bedrijfskunde of vergelijkbaar;
  • Vloeiend in de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
  • Kennis van software is een pré.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
  • Bruto maandsalaris tussen €2718 en €5498, afhankelijk van ervaring;
  • Direct een contract bij Olympia;
  • Leaseauto, laptop en telefoon van de zaak;
  • Jaarcontract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband;
  • 20 vakantiedagen met de mogelijkheid om extra dagen op te nemen of uit te laten betalen;
  • Bonusregeling die kan oplopen tot 2 extra maandsalarissen;
  • Pensioenregeling met een werkgeversbijdrage van 10%;
