Job Title: Allround Technical Employee

A dynamic and growing company is seeking a skilled Allround Technical Employee to join their team. As a key member of the logistics team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and optimization of complex systems, ensuring seamless operations and efficient delivery of packages.

With a strong background in technical fields such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics, you will be able to troubleshoot and resolve malfunctions, whether mechanical, electrical, electronic, or software-related. Your expertise will be invaluable in maintaining the smooth operation of machines and ensuring timely completion of daily processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Performing regular maintenance on various machines to prevent breakdowns;
  • Repairing electrical and mechanical issues promptly;
  • Installing new machines and equipment;
  • Collaborating with colleagues to replace faulty parts and ensure minimal downtime.
Requirements:
  • MBO diploma in a technical field such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics;
  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical service environment;
  • Knowledge of logistic (sorting) installations and/or conveyor technology is a plus;
  • Ability to work in a 2-shift system during peak season;
  • Proficiency in English and Dutch is a plus.
What We Offer:

This is a full-time position in Venlo with a gross monthly salary between €3000 and €3600, depending on knowledge and experience, based on a 40-hour workweek. In addition, we offer an attractive package of secondary employment conditions.
