Construction Labourer

As a Construction Labourer in our Piling Team at Dujob, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the installation of mortar screw piles across various locations in the Netherlands.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable individual to support our piling rig driver in preparing and measuring suitable sites for pile installations. You will be responsible for transporting sand in a wheelbarrow to create concrete, which will be used to fill empty piles in the ground.

Your key responsibilities will include supporting the manual mini crane that removes soil during piling, assisting in the insertion of reinforcing cages and center rods, and maintaining close communication with the piling rig driver throughout the process.

To be successful in this role, you must have full-time availability on a one-shift basis, with experience in the construction industry being preferred. Strong teamwork skills, a sense of responsibility, and a level of work obtained through education or work experience are also essential.

Our offer includes a competitive salary in the range of €14.09-€14.92 per hour, working 40 hours per week with shift allowances. You can expect regular working hours from 06:00 to 14:30 and 14:30 to 23:00, as well as the possibility of a permanent contract. Holiday bonus is 8%, ADV allowance is 5%, and reimbursement for each kilometer driven is 0.21€. You will join a dynamic team with a super cool atmosphere.
