About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced HR Lead or Business Partner to join our Dutch People Operations team as a Team Lead. As a key member of our central team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the employee journey across different operational teams and designing development tracks for our talent.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and Develop the Team: Guide, develop and support the team of HR Business Partners by conducting regular check-ins and bi-annual reviews.
- Align with Stakeholders: Align with internal stakeholders like the international analyst team and people director, and manage external stakeholders like external payroll partners and labour inspection.
- Drive People-Related Initiatives: Initiate and drive people-related initiatives, and implement proactive solutions to improve employee and team lead journeys.
- Provide Insightful Data: Provide insightful data to guide decision-making, and ensure that the organization is structured to achieve business objectives.
- Manage Talent: Manage talent to ensure the right people are in the right roles, and set up an HR shared service center.
- Relevant Master's Degree: You have a relevant Master's degree in a related field.
- Experience in HR: You have 6 to 8 years of experience in HR, preferably as an HR Lead or strategy/organizational consultant.
- Start-up/Scale-up Experience: Your experience in a start-up/scale-up environment is a plus.
- Leadership Skills: You're ready to lead a team, and have a passion for technology and people.
- Project Management: You know how to manage projects, and thrive in an operational environment.
- Language Skills: You speak fluent English and Dutch.
