As a key member of the ORTEC team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business success through expert HR guidance and support.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our Global HR team as a Strategic HR Partner for Business Growth. In this role, you will work closely with Division and Group leadership, managers, and team leads to provide proactive HR advice and guidance.

You will take responsibility for the quality and execution of HR policies, leveraging HR data analytics to inform your recommendations. Additionally, you will coach and guide leaders and team members in the execution of HR matters such as performance reviews, rewards, health cases, development, and sustainable employability.

The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic and supportive team of 25 professionals, including 16 based in the Netherlands. You will report directly to the Global Head of HR Advisory.

About You

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven individual with a strong background in human resources and organizational science. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, organizational science, psychology, or a comparable field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in general HR roles, with a focus on advisory services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (verbal and written).

What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • A base salary of approximately €55,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • A mobility allowance of 3% of your base salary.
  • An NS Business Card, lease opportunity, or commuting allowance.
  • 25 annual leave days, plus additional days from the age of 35.
  • A year-end bonus equal to a full month's pay.
