Candidates should hold a Doctoral degree in fields such as psychology, social work, statistics, biostatistics, public health, nursing, or a closely related area. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is essential. Preference will be given to those with relevant post-qualification experience in social sciences research projects and advanced expertise in data analysis techniques (e.g., SEM, MLM).
The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of social sciences research methodologies, alongside exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities. They should demonstrate the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
Responsibilities will include assisting the Principal Investigator in the management and coordination of various ongoing research initiatives focused on health-related topics. The appointee is also expected to engage in independent scholarly research, contribute to the drafting of academic publications, and prepare grant proposals.
