About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team at Royal Flora Holland Aalsmeer. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of plants to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sort and prepare customer orders using a voice picking system
  • Lift and move plant boxes weighing up to 10 kg
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Availability to work morning shifts from 06:30 AM to 10:00 AM or 11:00 AM
  • Ability to lift and move plant boxes weighing up to 10 kg
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
