We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Director to lead our luxury retail team in Amsterdam. As a Store Director, you will be responsible for motivating and coaching your team, ensuring loyalty to the brand, and managing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Motivate and coach your team to achieve exceptional customer service and sales results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and retention.
  • Manage and develop CRM systems to maintain customer data and insights.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow customer base and increase customer spend.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build sales through detailed knowledge of products and brand culture.
  • Manage and maintain a high level of product knowledge, including design, construction, and craftsmanship.
  • Prepare and manage schedules and timetables for the team.
  • Analyze and report KPIs to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in luxury fashion retail environment.
  • Fluent English and Dutch language skills.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Proactive, dynamic, and willing to learn and develop.
  • Adaptability and flexibility, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
