Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at Webfleet Solutions. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their day-to-day challenges and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the customer journey.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, goals, and challenges, and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and implement creative solutions to meet customer needs, working closely with technical experts as needed.
  • Take ownership of customer escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Technical skills relevant to the product or service, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Accountability and personal organization, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Experience in managing a diverse team and training staff to meet company standards.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
