About the Role:

  • Identify and pursue strategic international projects with key customers and partners in the energy transition sector, focusing on securing long-term aftermarket growth.
  • Coordinate project sales activities across the global organization, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective project execution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive project success.
  • Prepare and negotiate project proposals, including the selection of suitable products and services, in collaboration with application engineering teams.
  • Ensure that Freudenberg's products are preferred for projects and develop sales strategies to achieve targeted project scopes.
  • Deliver sales and technical presentations to customers, working closely with local sales organizations.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to stay informed and build relationships.

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree, preferably in mechanical or industrial engineering.
  • Experience in project negotiation, coordination, and working with engineering contractors.
  • Knowledge of rotating equipment, mechanical seals, or capital project experience, preferably in the process or new energy industry.
  • Understanding of foreign cultures and business behaviors, with a confident attitude.
  • Excellent social skills and ability to collaborate.
  • High self-motivation and strong networking skills.
  • Keen willingness to learn and develop new approaches.
  • Business fluent English.
