Optimize Product Categories with L'Oréal

As a Category Management Intern, you will play a key role in optimizing product categories for L'Oréal. You will work closely with the Category Management Team to develop a long-term strategy that creates optimal category development based on analyses, trends, and consumer research.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive category strategy that aligns with L'Oréal's business objectives.
  • Monitor market developments and analyze data to create compelling category stories and persuasive arguments.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to develop customer and market insights and grow the overall business and category.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for category optimization and develop recommendations for improvement.
  • Participate in the development of best shelves of tomorrow, using shopper knowledge and market studies.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English and either Dutch or French (speaking and writing).
  • Availability for months, full-time.
  • Currently in the bachelor or master phase of your academic track.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and organized.
  • Curious and take initiatives.
  • Creative and communicative.
