Interior Caretaker

About the Job:

We are looking for an Interior Caretaker to join our team at Van Meer. As an Interior Caretaker, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy working environment in our office building. This includes tasks such as cleaning the offices, canteen, and sanitary areas, as well as keeping the facilities in good condition.

Responsibilities:

- Cleaning and vacuuming of the office, canteen, and entrance
- Mopping the floors in the canteen, dressing room, and sanitary areas
- Collection of (office) furniture
- Buying the windows (inside) and the doors
- Waste disposal and installation of new garbage bags
- Keeping and refilling coffee makers
- Supplementation of consumables in the canteen and sanitary areas

Requirements:

- Several years of relevant work experience in cleaning and maintenance
- Ability to work independently and have an eye for detail
- Availability Monday through Thursday from 15:15 to 18:15 and on Friday from 13:00 to 17:00 (adjustable in consultation)
