About the Role:

The Sales Support role at McCain Foods Holland B.V. is a vital part of our Private Label Division. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in executing our strategy plan, focusing on strengthening our market position in the appetizer business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales documents, reports, proposals, and contracts.
  • Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to ensure timely delivery of replies and services to customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Maintain updated customer data.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure sales materials are up to date.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating sales events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
  • Be a key contact for customers and prospects for any queries.
  • Support the sales team in forecast collection.
  • Manage administrative follow-ups for prospects before and after exhibitions.
  • Transmit statistics and commission reports to customers.
  • Coordinate and follow sample requests until delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, market dynamics, and customer needs.
  • Languages: Dutch and English are mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Pack Office and CRM software.
  • High level of adaptability in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Mobility: possibility to travel between sites.
  • Ability to work in an international environment with an international sales team.
