• You will develop wireframes, prototypes, and responsive interfaces for our product roadmap, ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Conduct user research and gather requirements to inform your design decisions.
• Collaborate with developers to integrate front-end code with back-end systems.
• Conduct usability tests and analyze user feedback to refine your designs.
• Contribute to our centralized design system and style guide.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to identify opportunities and gaps in our workflow products.

• You have 7+ years of experience in UX design, with expertise in both graphic and interaction design.
• You have a proven track record of working on web applications and desktop solutions.
• You are proficient in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, and Adobe CS.
• You can effectively communicate user needs and challenges to stakeholders.
• You are passionate about refining storytelling around user needs and challenging internal assumptions.
