Corporate Finance Benelux Internship

Our Corporate Finance division offers a full range of advisory and financing products and services as a leading global investment bank. We provide comprehensive solutions to large-cap and mid-cap corporates, financial institutions, governments, government agencies, and financial sponsors.

Choosing the right investment banking partner can be crucial for a company's success. Our relationships are enhanced by industry sector, country, and regional expertise, closely aligned to high-quality client solutions. We offer buyside and sellside advisory services for mergers and acquisitions, restructuring advisory, debt and equity capital raising services (including our innovative SPAC franchise and dedicated ESG solutions) and structured equity transactions.

We advise on cross-border and regional transactions in the US, Europe, and Asia Pacific.

About the Role

This role will involve learning about our business from different perspectives, giving you a valuable career advantage. You'll work on our daily business and special projects, contributing to the innovation of new ideas to help our customers achieve their financial goals.

Tasks may include evaluating companies, developing models for M&A transactions, preparing industry analyses for pitches, or participating in live deal execution.

Salary and Benefits

We estimate an annual salary of approximately €35,000 - €50,000, plus additional benefits.
