We are seeking a talented and ambitious Product Manager to join our team at Bolton Group. As a key member of our Marketing Department, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our professional brands in the European market.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing and trade marketing plans to achieve leading market positions
- Design and launch new products and concepts to drive business growth
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform product development
- Optimize our omnichannel marketing mix to maximize ROI
- Develop product support packages and marketing materials to engage customers
- Define product marketing communication objectives and lead omnichannel marketing campaigns
- Plan and execute media plans for countries, product groups, and products
- Develop and implement international, national, and key account promotions
- Plan and organize participation in national and international fairs and events
Your Ideal Profile:
- Relevant master's or bachelor's degree in Marketing
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, product management, category management, or trade marketing
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking
- Project management skills and entrepreneurial spirit
- Affinity with digital marketing and new media
- Team player with a proactive, responsive, and creative approach
- Flexible and hands-on mentality with a sense of responsibility
- Outstanding English language skills, with additional languages an advantage
