Job Title: Senior Digital Design Expert

IC Resources is seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Design Expert to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for the design, development, and architecture of embedded hardware security IP for the semiconductor industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement efficient cryptographic algorithms that implement side channel analysis countermeasures
  • Develop and integrate secure hardware architectures and IPs, including secure MCU cores, cryptographic co-processors, and secure memories
  • Collaborate with ASIC engineers and architects to architect, design, and implement the latest solutions for digital hardware in the security market
  • Work closely with security, cryptography, embedded hardware, and software engineers to ensure the delivery of silicon-proven designs
Requirements:
  • MS/PhD degree in electrical or computer engineering required, PhD preferred
  • 5-10 years of professional experience in secure hardware/IC design or PhD/research-related study
  • Proven track record of on-time delivery of silicon-proven designs
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Verilog and digital design
Preferred Skills:
  • Expertise in secure hardware design (ASIC/FPGA), definition of architecture for Security IP, data processing, and cryptographic algorithms
  • Familiarity with front-end ASIC design flows, including design, simulation, assertions, formal verification, synthesis, timing analysis, and linting/rule checking
  • Experience with back-end flows, especially place-and-route
