Selva is a unique dining experience that combines tropical and Latin American cuisine with stunning views of the city. Our restaurant is located on the 24th floor of a hotel, offering a tranquil and lush environment that transports guests to a higher place.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a key member of our service brigade, you will play a vital role in creating and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to take orders and serve food and beverages to guests, while also interacting with them to ensure their satisfaction and addressing any challenges that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Greet guests and present menus, making recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Take and serve food and drinks orders, upselling when appropriate.
  • Arrange table settings and deliver checks, collecting payments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the restaurant team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress, preferably in a destination restaurant.
  • Proven experience as a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to actively listen and respond to guest needs.
  • Excellent command of the English language, with Dutch being an advantage.
  • Good physical condition, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Pleasant, positive, and open attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
