Sofico is an international company with a growing office in Houten, seeking an Office Manager to be the face of our office and support our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for the wellbeing of our team, supporting our Unit Coach, invoicing process, and other administrative tasks.
Your main responsibility as Office Manager will be managing the office, including interacting with utility providers, providing office materials, ensuring the office is equipped properly, and handling reception and secretarial activities.
You will also support the administration with arranging travel for Dutch colleagues, following up on expense notes, and interacting with accounting, legal counsels, and governmental bodies. Additionally, you will assist Human Resources with global improvement projects and follow up on applicants.
As an Office Manager, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team, working closely together with the Unit Coach and our professional services teams. You will be responsible for a local team of about 30 people and will work in a modern state-of-the-art office that is easily accessible.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have strong organizational skills. You will also have a proactive attitude, be willing to take up responsibilities, and be a real team player with a positive and welcoming energy for all colleagues in the office.
We are looking for someone with an MBO/HBO educational level, preferably experience with administrative tasks of an Office Manager or similar. Additionally, experience with medium to large-scale ERP systems and related services is a plus. Fluency in Dutch and English (both speaking and written proficiency) is required.
As a part-time employee, you will work 70% of the time, spread over 5 days, with shorter working days (open to discussion). In return for your efforts, we offer an extensive salary package and bonus system. You will also have flexible office hours and opportunities to work from home.
