Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize the improvement structure within Neways Advanced Applications.
  • Contribute to the development of the company's Continuous Improvement strategy.
  • Drive and manage lean improvement projects, workshops, and initiatives.
  • Implement lean management methods, including leader standard work, 5S, and Kaizen workshops.
  • Train and coach colleagues in lean production methods.
  • Contribute to the standardization and further development of the Continuous Improvement strategy.

Your Profile and DNA

  • Have a hands-on mentality and be eager to learn and develop yourself and your colleagues.
  • Be able to motivate the organization to embrace the Lean philosophy.
  • Hold a technical or business-related bachelor or master's degree, and have completed a Black Belt Certification with 5-10 years of relevant working experience.
  • Have a good command of English, with Dutch preferred.
