We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Allround Maintenance Technician to join our team at Europastry Steenbergen B.V. as a key member of our production team.

• Ensure the optimal technical condition of our production lines and equipment to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repair of complex systems.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance and repairs to prevent downtime and ensure smooth production operations.
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Develop and implement maintenance plans to improve equipment reliability and reduce maintenance costs.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians and other team members.

• Technical diploma or degree in a relevant field (e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food processing industry.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including PLC programming and automation.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
