Materials Technologist

With combined sales of EUR 1.2 billion, we have a leading position in the global market for surface materials. Our companies employ around 7,000 employees worldwide, and our core product is high-pressure laminates (HPL). Applications range from façade cladding to kitchens, design furniture, doors, and retail interiors.

Our team of 60+ technicians, engineers, and chemists is responsible for new product and process developments, as well as continuous improvement of product quality and production process efficiency through innovative technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Contribute to new product and process developments in resins, papers, and production technologies for Broadview Materials companies.
  
• Develop models to standardize processes in Group factories.
  
• Participate in project descriptions and plans.
  
• Inform or advise the R&D Manager on strategic planning and decision-making.
  
• Contribute to innovative projects for BVH materials technology companies.
  
• Execute project administration work and lead sub-assignments.
  

We are looking for a Materials Technologist with a Master’s or PhD in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry, and at least three years of relevant industrial experience. Strong technical background in polymer/resin chemistry and process engineering knowledge are essential. Fluent English is required, and other languages are welcome. Up to 30% travel is part of this opportunity.
