Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at NN Group. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for driving process harmonization across the service and operations domains at NN International.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead process mapping workshops and facilitate discussions to gather requirements and gain insights from key stakeholders
  • Experience harmonizing processes and ensuring consistency and efficiency
  • Analyze existing processes to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design, document, and implement new processes

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with process modelling tools and methodologies
  • Knowledge of insurance business processes and process improvement methodologies
