As a Monitoring and Evaluation for Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Facilitator, you will be responsible for qualitative and quantitative MEAL measurement, evaluations, and data analysis. You are co-responsible for implementing and strengthening Dorcas' MEAL System.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing MEAL advice and practical support to colleagues in Country Offices and the International Office
  • Supporting MEAL strategic annual planning and activities
  • Developing and measuring Theory of Change and Result Frameworks
  • Facilitating and supporting MEAL in all phases of the programme management cycle
  • Developing survey forms in Kobo and analyzing and visualizing the data collected
  • Linking externally, learning, and representing the organization

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • 3-5 years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation at international relief and development organizations
  • Experience in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
  • Proactive, flexible, innovative, culturally sensitive, and strong in planning and organizing
  • Good English skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to travel one to three weeks at a time to Country Offices

What's in it for you?

The position is classified in scale 10 with a minimum of €3285 to a maximum of €4927, based on 36 hours. You will also receive good secondary employment conditions, including a working from home arrangement, travel allowance, and a non-contributory pension.

You will work in an informal work environment where there is room for your input and creativity, and you will also have flexible working hours.
