Logistics Operations Manager

Job Description
In this key role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for designated luxury retail stores and oversee daily account activities. This is an office-based position.
- About the Role: You will act as a strategic partner to our clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their business needs are met.
- Key Responsibilities: Monitor orders and deliveries, track inventory levels, and advise customers on optimal order placement. Assist in acquiring necessary goods and services, coordinate with the Finance department to resolve billing issues, and manage overdue payments.
- Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with Account Managers, Account Executives, and Customer Service Coordinators to gather supplier details, including costs, availability, and delivery schedules.
- Data Analysis: Prepare cross-departmental reports for forecasting, profitability analysis, and usage trends, using strategic insights to guide decisions.
- Account Manager Support: Provide day-to-day assistance to Account Managers, ensuring cohesive account management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics operations.
- Languages: Proficiency in English and French (C1 level).
- Skills: Strong strategic thinking skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, solid interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively.
- Salary: Competitive monthly gross salary ranging from €3,100 to €4,000.
