About the Role

SodaStream is seeking a highly skilled Quality Compliance Specialist to join our team in Tilburg, Netherlands. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of HACCP and ISO 22000 quality systems
  • Plan, implement, and oversee risk-related programs, including evaluating health hazards and aligning with quality processes
  • Monitor the overall food safety program, regularly reporting status and issues to management
  • Coordinate food safety activities, including organizing meetings, compiling reports, and handling documentation for HACCP and other programs
  • Manage customer complaints, develop training materials, and prepare for annual audits in collaboration with internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar working environment (production)
  • Good level of English and German language
  • Experience in the field of industrial hygiene food production is desirable
  • Knowledge of quality management, regulatory standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO)
  • Setting up procedures and documentation with a strong focus on process improvement
  • Experience with leading projects and change management
  • Energetic, communicative, and open to change and new ways of working
  • Great team player
  • Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills
  • Positive, can-do mentality and solution-oriented mindset
  • Very good at prioritizing tasks, details, and deadlines
