About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bid Support Medewerker to join our team at Gom. As a key member of our Tender Desk, you will play a crucial role in supporting our bid teams in delivering high-quality proposals to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tender documents and communications with clients.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the tender process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of proposals.
  • Collaborate with bid teams to ensure all necessary information is included in proposals and that they are presented in a clear and concise manner.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements
  • Relevant work experience in a similar role, preferably in the facilities management or cleaning services industry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
