Job Title: Finance Transformation Manager

This is a unique opportunity to join Artsen zonder Grenzen as a Finance Transformation Manager, where you will play a key role in driving financial transformation and improvement across the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage three critical projects for the Finance Department, including FinOps Retrospective Recommendations, Field Budgeting Tool project, and AML/CFT.
  • Develop and implement detailed program/project plans with milestones, objectives, and risk analyses.
  • Establish and manage team and governance structures, ensuring stakeholder involvement and engagement.
  • Communicate progress and status of transformation programs globally to internal audiences.
  • Implement systems, tools, and dashboards to support financial operations and decision-making.
  • Align efforts between OCA and the international MSF movement, promoting innovative solutions across departments.
  • Advising Heads of Departments on strategic directions and contributing to the functional strategy of the Finance department.
Requirements:
  • Relevant education in finance or a related field.
  • Previous MSF experience, due to the short-term interim nature of this role.
  • Broad knowledge of finance administration processes and processes in supply, HR, and operations departments.
  • Proven capability to lead and coordinate initiatives.
  • Excellent fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and persuasively across different departments and with international counterparts.

We Offer:
  • A 1-year Dutch employment contract, based on 40 hours per week.
  • A gross monthly salary in scale 17 with a current salary range between 4,665 and 6,422e.
  • 30 paid vacation days annually, contingent upon full-time employment status.
  • A premium free pension where MSF covers 100% of the monthly pension contribution.
  • 8% holiday allowance, paid out with the salary once a year in May.
  • Commuting allowance (terms and conditions apply) & work from home allowance.
