Additionally, you will participate and facilitate walkthroughs to brief the functional specification mapping to business requirements, prepare and/or aid the preparation of test cases in line with functional requirements, and tackle complex business problems and develop innovative solutions. You will work closely with technical teams to ensure the solutions meet the needs of the client, provide support during testing and deployment, provide training and support to end-users, and assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
RequirementsWe are looking for a highly experienced Business Analyst with a strong understanding of the Life and Pensions domain, the German Life Insurance market, and the German language. You should have a good understanding of Closed book of business (experience in migration) and be able to analyze and understand existing business products and processes, suggesting future states. You should also be able to understand the needs of clients and translate them into functional requirements, analyze and document business processes, conduct gap analysis, define, configure, and customize application requirements, and provide strong analytical skills and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
