Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join our team at WFS PRO BV. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a multi-disciplined team of manufacturing engineers to deliver high-quality products and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of manufacturing engineers to develop and implement manufacturing processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Continuously improve manufacturing processes and systems to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Technical expertise in manufacturing engineering with a professional qualification/background in engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical).
  • Knowledge and experience in a high-quality production/delivery-driven environment.
  • Experience of managing new product/process introduction (industrialization) & existing production process improvements.
  • 5-10 years of industry experience, ideally in manufacturing engineering.
  • Approximately 5 years of leadership/management experience.
  • Working knowledge of LEAN processes and practices.
  • Working knowledge of quality system models such as ISO9000, AS9100, or D1-9000.
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
