About the Role

The Management Assistant will provide administrative support to the Offshore Energy SHEQ department, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing formal and informal meetings, taking minutes, and maintaining accurate records.

Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for this role, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of SHEQ in managing agendas, correspondence, phone calls, and emails
  • Perform administrative tasks, including handling invoices and other financial transactions
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of SHEQ policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a maritime or offshore industry
  • Excellent Dutch and English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good skills in ICT Office applications and other software relevant to the role
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
