About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Sales Support to join our team as a Sales Ambassador. As a Sales Ambassador, you will play a critical role in delivering an outstanding customer experience, driving sales growth, and contributing to the overall success of our outlet. Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service, answering queries, and making recommendations to customers based on their preferences and needs.

Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues efficiently.
* Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the team.
* Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and prices, to make informed recommendations to customers.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized experiences.
* Collaborate with the sales team to create engaging displays, promotions, and events that drive sales and attract new customers.

Requirements
* 1+ year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in a retail environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
* Strong product knowledge and understanding of the fashion industry.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

What We Offer
* Competitive salary: €40,000 - €55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
