The RoleWe are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Recruitment Assistant to join our HR and recruitment team in Vlissingen. As a Recruitment Assistant, you will play a central role in the HR and recruitment process, coordinating and supporting the team to ensure the smooth operation of our recruitment activities. You will be responsible for screening candidates, planning and following up on interviews, and managing job vacancies. You will also be the first point of contact for candidates, suppliers, and colleagues, providing excellent communication and administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities- Screening candidates and planning and following up on interviews
- Managing job vacancies and ensuring that all information is up-to-date in our recruitment system
- Providing excellent communication and administrative skills to support the recruitment process
- Coordinating and supporting the HR and recruitment team to ensure the smooth operation of our recruitment activities
- MBO+/HBO diploma and at least two years of relevant experience in a commercial organization
- Excellent administrative skills and the ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluent Dutch and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Availability to work a 32 or 40-hour week
