Ausnutria B.V. is seeking an experienced Global Regulatory Affairs Expert to support its ambitious growth plans in the infant nutrition and ingredients arena.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring local compliance and timely notification or registration of products marketed by Ausnutria B.V. They will develop and execute Ausnutria's regulatory affairs strategy and policies, advising internal stakeholders and customers while developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders and authorities.

The role requires expertise in (infant) food and ingredient legislation, ensuring compliance of composition, labels, and off-pack marketing communication throughout the product life-cycle.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of (infant) food and ingredient legislation;
  • Ensuring compliance of composition, labels, and off-pack marketing communication;
  • Following relevant RA topics and proactively informing internal stakeholders;
  • Representing Ausnutria in local trade associations;
  • Advising on implementing new and changed legislation;
  • Registering or notifying products as required.

You Are the Fit If
  • Bachelor or Master in Food Technology or Science, Human Nutrition, Health & Nutrition, or equivalent discipline;
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English;
  • Several years of experience in a regulatory affairs environment within the nutrition industry;
  • Knowledge of international and EU food laws and regulations preferred;
  • Strong drive and flexibility in a fast-paced business environment;
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills.

In addition to these skills, you should be:

  • Proactive, solution-focused, and a team player;
  • Able to communicate and work at all levels, from academia to laboratory and production;
  • Able to understand strict regulations for infant nutrition and ingredients;
  • Precise and have perseverance and an eye for details.

The estimated salary for this position is between €3700.00 and €5600.00 per month, depending on experience.
