We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Catalog Advisor to join our Global Business Services Organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our businesses and solution owners in creating, maintaining, and improving product and catalog data across Philips business processes.
Key Responsibilities- Advise and consult with businesses and markets on creating products, services, systems, software, and solutions for product and catalog data.
- Create and maintain standards for capturing business needs via standardized templates and implement them into the IT landscape for global and local market needs.
- Advise business product managers, marketing managers, and specialists on standards and best practices.
- Support projects and programs during business transformation and implement future ways of working.
- Drive the design, creation, maintenance, and governance of product and commercial catalogs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in Supply Chain, Marketing, Development, and Engineering to ensure seamless integration of product data management processes.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience with product master data and/or experience with systems within the business, such as generating quotes, orders, and managing assets.
- 3+ years of experience in international, large-size complex business environments, supporting multiple businesses simultaneously.
- Knowledge and experience in Product Configuration Management and Lean methodologies are strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to actively manage relationships with stakeholders.
