Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, conduct market analysis, and establish relationships with potential clients.
• Recruitment and Management of Team: Recruit, develop, and manage a team of consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
• Business Unit Management: Oversee the daily operations of your business unit, analyzing financial data and developing strategies to optimize performance.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Business or Engineering
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
• Fluency in Dutch and English, with French as a plus
• Experience with generative AI tools, such as ChatGPT or, is a plus
